Mark started diving in 1989 and a few years later became obsessed with the art of underwater photography.
Since then he has travelled to many of the worlds top diving destinations, building up a large collection of wonderful sea images.
With over 1,000 photographic dives under his dive belt he has a wealth of experience and knowledge which has helped him to win national and international photographic awards including six medals at the IMAGE 2001 international Festival of U/W photography.
Mark has been involved in teaching underwater photography for several years both on dedicated photo courses abroad and with local diving photography groups in the U K.
His articles and photographs have been published in diving and photographic journals including Diver, Sport Diver and the Royal Photographic Society Journal.
He gives lectures and slide presentations to diving and photographic groups throughout the U K.

Equipment used.
Nikon D100 in Sea and Sea housing Nikon F90x camera Sea and Sea Nx90 housing
Nikon lenses 10mm,16mm, 17-35mm, 20mm, 60mm, 105mm and a Sigma 180mm. Sea and Sea YS120, YS90 and YS30 Flash guns.
A Ken Sullivan produced ring flash for macro work . Film for macro work is Fuji Velvia. Film for wide angle work is Fuji Provia F. I use rechargable nimh batteries for most devices.
